Much of the work will occur in the latter half of the spring semester, summer, and early fall before culminating the course with a final presentation to the agency client and the class. Typical problems to be addressed include issues impacting underserved populations, such as the elderly, children, formerly incarcerated individuals, and those with disabilities. You will develop key skills in governance, leadership, navigating uncertainty, problem-solving, and client communication. The class meets 4-5 times both in Spring and Fall. Most of your time will be spent independently working with your assigned agency throughout the calendar year, including at least one summer check-in. Open to FTMBA, FlexMBA, PTMBA, EMBA, Brown School, and Law School students. Application must be completed by Monday, Oct 28th to be considered for selection.
